Expect travel disruption in the capital London from 21 to 24 April during planned strikes by Underground (‘tube’) drivers. Workers associated with the RMT union will participate in a 24-hour work stoppage between 12.00 and 11.59 (both local times) on 21-22 April and on 23-24 April. Most lines will be affected, though the Elizabeth, DLR, Overground and tram lines will operate normally. The RMT has called for the industrial action over grievances related to the proposed introduction of a four-day working week. We expect residual disruption even after normal services fully resume.
